Own a kart or bike and want to get in some extra practice or track time? Register for an NJMP Comp Practice. All kart and bike owners will be required to obtain NJMP Karting Club Competition Credentials in order to participate in NJMP Competition Practice sessions.

Only have a few hours to spare but want to drive on a racetrack? SCCA’s Track Night in America Driven by Tire Rack is your ticket to fun! Track Nights are laid back, affordable and an amazing opportunity to experience racetracks in a no-pressure environment. All you need is a mechanically-sound (street!) car and a helmet... making Track Night undeniably the fastest way to get on a racetrack. Never done it before? That's great! Because Track Night offers the Hawk Performance Novice Experience, where you'll learn driving etiquette to ensure you (and everyone else) get the most out of your time at the track. With Track Nights at more than 30 racetracks across the United States, finding an event near you is a breeze.
The Riesentöter (RTR) Region is the twelfth largest and one of the most active regions in the country. Originally founded in 1957 as the Eastern Pennsylvania Region of Porsche Club of America, we were the second region of PCA to be founded, and we consisted of 15 members. Changing our name in 1973 to Riesentöter (say Ree-zen-toat-er) which loosely translated from the German means Giant Killer -- a whimsical reference to the race track might of the little Porsches over the big Corvettes, Ferraris, and Jaguars of the day.
NJMP hosts Arrive & Drive League Racing in our rental fleet several times a year on Friday nights! Our Leagues run on 5 consecutive Fridays(weather permitting) and consist of 20 total races, half of which earn you points based on finishing position. These points are calculated throughout the season to determine the Winner. Drivers are held to universal standards of on track etiquette, where respect and sportsmanship amongst competitors is paramount. For young riders, NJMiniGP provides the perfect entry point into the world of road racing. For adult riders, NJMiniGP offers the ideal environment to improve riding skills at any level, from first-time throttle turners to experienced street riders, track day enthusiasts, and club racers.
The Progressive Paced Laps experience is for those who want to experience the speed of New Jersey Motorsports Park, but don’t have previous on-track experience. Drivers will take part in a full day of performance driving education including classroom instruction and (3) 15-minute sessions on track, led by the official NJMP pace car. Each session will build on the previous, progressively increasing in speed. Lunch will be provided.
Today, Metro offers its’ member many activities to allow them to enjoy their favorite marque more fully. This includes: Autocross, Club Racing, Concours, Driver Education, Rally, Sim Racing, Social Gatherings, Technical Meetings, Treks, and a whole lot more.
Grab a few friends and team up for an endurance race at Tempest Raceway! Teams will compete for the most laps within the race timeframe. Karting Endurance Races are open to all drivers and teams, regardless of experience.
