Lee Brahin

Lee Brahin is the Chief Executive Officer and majority shareholder of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based Brahin Properties, Inc., which has a real estate portfolio of approximately 2 million square feet in seven states. He was also responsible for the development and financing of the New Jersey Motorsports Park project, and remains an active management partner today. Lee became active with competition racing and performance driving in 1998, participating in the Bondurant School of high performance driving and going on that year to participate in several club driving events with Ferrari Club of North America. In 1999, Lee purchased a 1959 Elva Mark 5, participated in the Bertil Roos Driving School and went on to obtain his competition license through SVRA. Currently, Lee participates with SVRA, HGP, and the Masters Racing Series. He has totaled over 80 racing events and finished first in points in the 2005 SVRA Sprint Race series. He drives and competes on an amateur basis purely for the love of the vehicles, their history, and for the sport.

R.J. Valentine

RJ Valentine is co-managing partner of New Jersey Motorsports Park and Chairman of The MBA Group of Companies. He has been a serial entrepreneur, private equity investor, and race car driver for more than thirty years. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Valentine has founded and built dozens of businesses in a wide range of industries, creating category leaders in diverse industries. As an investor, he recognizes potential in other entrepreneurial endeavors become an early investor in such companies as LoJack, ShotSpotter, Enforsys, and Mosquito Magnet. Mr. Valentine has been racing cars as long as he’s been building businesses. As a racer, he has had 384 pro starts, numerous pole positions, and multiple podium finishes. In 2009, he won the Grand Am Rolex 24 hour of Daytona, driving the #67 TRG Construct Corps/CRG Porsche GT3, with teammates Andy Lally, Jörg Bergmeister, Patrick Long and Justin Marks. Given the grueling nature of the 24 hour race, it was a remarkable feat, capping a racing career of more than 35 years.

Brad Scott

Brad Scott joined New Jersey Motorsports Park in 2009, after more than 20 years of experience managing operations in a variety of east coast sporting and entertainment facilities. Brad most recently served as a Regional Director for ARAMARK, overseeing the company's services at Philadelphia's Wachovia Center. During 10 years at ARAMARK, Scott's duties covered luxury suite operations, membership, sponsorship, marketing, retail and catering responsibilities. As a Regional Director, Scott worked a variety of ARAMARK-run facilities, including Boston's Fenway Park and Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore. Scott's tenure at ARAMARK was sandwiched around a five-year stint as Chief Operating Officer/GM at Riverton Country Club in Cinnaminson, NJ. At Riverton Country Club, Scott oversaw all aspects of the club, ranging from membership growth to the club's restaurant and catering and the overall care of the golf course. Prior to that, Scott worked for nine years at the former Garden State Park Race Track in Cherry Hill, NJ. Scott also is a small business owner and investor in the famous Braddock's Tavern in Medford, NJ.

Peter Tremper

Pete Tremper was our Drivers Club Lead Instructor from 2010 to 2025.  He dedicated 15 years assisting and guiding our Drivers Club Members on track to ensure safe experiences.  He led our daily Drivers Club Meetings with his dry sense of humor and attention to safety! He retired in 2025 and NJMP awarded him with an Honorary Drivers Club Membership.

Donald Fauerbach

Donald Fauerbach worked closely with ownership on securing approvals for New Jersey Motorsports Park beginning in 2006.  After opening he worked as a third-party contractor leading the Drivers Club Program, selling memberships and Exotic Car Garages.  Our Drivers Club Members loved Donald during his time at NJMP.  He retired in 2017.

Paul Bonney

Paul Bonney led our maintenance department beginning in 2009.  He worked around the clock to ensure the facility was ready for upcoming track events.  His dedication to perfection had him cutting the grass on a tractor at 11pm the night before load-in or 4am getting the facility ready to go.  Unfortunately, Paul passed away from cancer in 2020

Gerald Raffa

Gerald Raffa was an original Drivers Club Member, Exotic Car Garage Owner and Track Investor beginning in 2015. He had a passion for the customer experience.  He loved the annual 24 Hours of Lemons weekend and always made a unique track appearance during the annual event.  He funded the construction of the Awesome Joe Racing Pool at the Finish Line Pub. Jerry passed away in 2019.

Norman Cahan

Norman Cahan was part of the original New Jersey Motorsports Ownership Team. Although he was not a racing or driving fan, he loved the facility and served as the track accountant and financial advisor until 2024, when he passed away.

Joseph Savaro

Joseph Savaro was an original investor with New Jersey Motorsports Park and worked closely with Lee Brahin on the construction approvals.  He focused on City, State and Country relationships and approval processing.  He has an unforgettable laugh, and his quick wit would light up the Finish Line Pub with his jokes and stories.
