NJMP and PT Autosport Partnership Brings New Concepts to the NJMP Drivers Club

MILLVILLE, NJ (March 19, 2025) – New Jersey Motorsports Park (NJMP) is proud to announce an exciting partnership with the driver development program, PT Autosport, and their drivers: Alex Sedgwick and Henry Drury, which will bring brand new concepts to the NJMP Drivers Club members.

With this partnership, Alex Sedgwick returns to NJMP for two (2) all-exclusive Pro Driver Drivers Club Track Days. Sedgwick is a professional driver and driver coach with on-track experience dating back to the 2011 LGM WTP Cadet British Karting Championship. Transitioning from karts to cars, he has a strong knowledge of various vehicles such as Ginetta Juniors, Single Seaters, One-Make Series, Touring Cars, GT Cars and Stock Cars. His latest achievements include his 2024 Porsche Carrera Cup North America win in a Porsche 911 GT3 Cup Car.

Joining the NJMP Drivers Club instructors, in partnership with PT Autosport, is driver Henry Drury. Drury’s experience is related to Single Seaters (F4, FFord, F1600), GT Cars (Mazda MX5, Toyota GR Cup, GT4), and Road Cars (Mazda, Tesla, Porsche). He has coached clients both in-car and through data analysis at events across the USA and works directly automotive brands and racing teams on track days.

In 2025, Sedgwick and Drury will lend their experience to the Drivers Club members with a range of exclusive offers. Both drivers will provide one-on-one private coaching at a cost for members looking to develop and refine their skills using video, data, radio, setup development, and demo laps with right-seat coaching.

NJMP and PT Autosport are also exploring the benefits and entertainment value of a sim racing league, giving members the opportunity to utilize the PT eSeries to their advantage.

Sedgwick will return to NJMP for two Pro Driver Drivers Club Track Days where he will coach members in the classroom and out on-track with a turn-by-turn track walk of Thunderbolt and Lightning Raceways.

New this year is the Ginetta GTA Test Drive Event, where members can test drive the G56 GTA on track. Members will also get to explore the karting track with the pro driver during ‘Beat the Pro’ Karting Competitions.

“We’re really excited about expanding PT’s partnership with NJMP for the 2025 season,” said Sedgwick, PT Autosport’s Head of Operations and Driver Development, who is set for a soon-to-be announced Porsche-based race program. “PT Autosport was formed at NJMP back in 2022 so it’s a natural fit for the team and for the track. Given PT Autosport’s ethos in developing drivers and providing opportunities for racing talent to shine, we want to do the same with the driver’s club and help NJMP to create even more meaningful development and coaching opportunities for their members. There are a good number of plans in development with plenty of exciting options for the future, so we are hoping to build an even longer-term partnership as we go forward.”

PT Autosport provides aspiring drivers with the knowledge they need to succeed in the motorsports industry, providing opportunities as a race car driver, engineer, mechanic, or business professional.

NJMP and PT Autosport have been working together for years, each year growing more involved than the one before,” observes NJMP President and CEO, Brad Scott, “We are excited to bring these new concepts to our valued Drivers Club members, and to continue developing this partnership with PT Autosport for years to come.”
