VIP Track Days - Gold Members Only

VIP Track Days are open to Gold Members only. These exclusive track days include a full chef-prepared breakfast buffet in the Clubhouse, all day snacks & beverages in the classroom, and a lunch buffet in the Clubhouse. VIP Track Days are limited to 50 riders (intermediate and advanced), which means an amazing amount of track time for you!

Cancellation & Late Registration Policy

Gold Members

• No late registration fee
• Full refund up to 24 hours before event. No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of event
• Refund will be issued back to credit card via MotorsportsReg
• Cancellations must be completed via email or through MotorsportsReg. No phone calls or texts will be accepted.

Premium Members

• No late registration fee
• Full refund up to 72 hours before event. No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of event
• Refund will be issued back to credit card via MotorsportsReg
• Cancellations must be completed via email or through MotorsportsReg. No phone calls or texts will be accepted.

Non-Members/Guests

• $25 late registration fee applied to registrations within 72 hours of event
• Full refund up to 1 week before event. No refunds will be issued within 1 week of event
• Refund will be issued back to credit card via MotorsportsReg
• Cancellations must be completed via email or through MotorsportsReg. No phone calls or texts will be accepted.

*The Riders Club will review refunds on a case by case basis if a tech failure occurs. Please review the tech form to be sure you meet all requirements set forth.
