– New Jersey Motorsports Park (NJMP) has been approved by the City of Millville to develop phases four through seven of Exotic Car Garages, adding to the continued growth and demand for the ultimate motorsport lifestyle in the South Jersey region. Phase I, II, and III of the Exotic Car Garage project marks the completion of the first zone of exclusive track-side real estate. Phase IV, the first phase in the second zone, is anticipated for 2018.

Plans for Phases IV through VII call for 28 total track-side units ranging from 1,000 to 1,500 square feet – all four structures totaling 36,000 square feet – with standard features including sprinkler system and CO2 detectors, water and flood drains, 24-hour security, asphalt driveway, landscaping, sewer and cable connections, lighting, an entrance door, ground-level sliding glass door, and ground-level patio.
