Go-Karting Frequently Asked Questions

How fast do the karts go?
Our 9 HP, gas-powered go-karts reach up to 55 MPH! These are not your boardwalk go-karts.
Do I need a reservation?
If you are coming for Arrive & Drive sessions during normal operating hours, you do not need a reservation. However, Reservations are strongly recommended. While Walk-ups are accepted, any Reservations may take precedent over those without. For group experiences of 10+, you must book in advance.
What is the recommended clothing?
All drivers must wear closed-toes shoes. Rental jackets and suits are included. If you arrive wearing long paints (jeans, cargo pants, etc) you will only be required to wear the jacket. If you arrive in shorts, you will be required to wear a full suit.
Are there age/height restrictions?
All drivers must be at least 5'0 tall and 13 years of age.
What are your hours?
Hours vary depending on the time of year. Please see our calendar for the day you plan on go-karting for the most updated hours.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes, all players must have a liability waiver signed; those under the age of 18 must also have their parents or guardians signature in order to participate. You can print out a copy of our waiver on this site or pick one up at our location. Minors who do not have an executed minor participant guardian form will not be allowed on track.
Can we drink alcohol while we race?
No - alcoholic beverages may not be consumed before going on track.
Can we bring our own food & drink?
We do not allow outside food & drink. You are more than welcome to join us at the concession stands (generally open Sat & Sun) or the Finish Line Pub (open Thurs-Sun) for quick eats, sandwiches and dinner.
How do I book a group reservation?
If you have a group of 10 or more, you can book a group experience for private track time! Check out group packages here or contact (856) 327-7223 or jpierce@njmp.com for more information.
