We have sold 50 Exotic Car Garages since 2012. New Jersey Motorsports Park is announcing our next Exotic Car Garage Project, Phase VIII and IX, which will break-ground in Spring of 2024. This next phase will consist of two buildings 10,500 sf each, offering seven (7) 1,500 sf garage units in each building. Located within 100 yards of the clubhouse featuring the Finish Line Pub and Pool, this prime location overlooks the Devil on Thunderbolt, and is set between Turns 6 & 7, with views into the Thunderbolt Paddock.
